We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for a full refund . Returns made within 30 days are free of charge and postage is provided by Medi-Wheels, LLC.
Returns are accepted if:
- The item(s) being returned are unopened and in the manufacturer's original packaging, or
- If the item(s) being returned have been opened, but arrived damaged, defective or not as described.
As of 2/21/20, infection control related products (including PPE, disinfectants and hand sanitizer) are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless the item(s) in your order arrive damaged, defective or not as expected. You may still return infection control related products in the event that the item(s) in your order arrive damaged, defective or not as described.
You may make an exchange if you choose to do so. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Request a Return

Please include the following details in your email:
- Your first and last name (or as it appears on the order)
- Your zip code
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email, shipping label an account dashboard under the "Orders" tab)
- The item(s) you would like to return
After your request has been processed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label to ensure the return process is hassle-free. Please do not ship your returns to us until after we have approved your return and provided you with postage.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not as described, so that we can evaluate and promptly resolve the issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please wait 3 to 5 days for the funds to clear and post to your account.
